I take pride in making my pieces durable and to a high quality of workmanship. I use high quality materials. But jewellery is delicate , some components may be breakable if handled roughly , dropped etc- please treat it with care- ie remove before showering or washing dishes , keep away from perfume or hairspray.
Seller is not responsible for damages done to jewellery once it is in the possession of purchaser.
Purchasing any piece of MagPie In The Sky only means that you are the owner of that piece of jewellery. Linzi Alford retains the copyright on ALL art work even after sale unless said right has been expressly released in writing . You MAY NOT copy, reproduce, publish, print, or commit any other act of copyright violation.
As copyright holder on all creative works, Linzi Alford trading as Magpie In the Sky retains the right to produce and sell prints of original jewellery , use images of original jewellery for advertising and promotional purposes, display images of her work on any and all websites associated with MagPie In The Sky and to publish images of original jewellery in books and/or magazines at her discretion.
All MagPie In The Sky jewellery sold will be sent with a statement of value that indicates the items description, price paid, and date sold, in addition to clearly stating that the copyright on the art purchased remains with the designer/artist.
By purchasing a piece of MagPie In The Sky jewellery you are stating that you agree to these terms and any violation of this agreement will result in legal action.
